Inside the tech heart of OctaTech Metropolis, he uploads a virus, flipping the power grid from luminescent glow to pitch darkness. This meltdown shrouds the entire city in confusion and fear, giving the Chromajellies an edge. With a wicked grin, his form dissolves back into obscurity, knowing he has tilted the scales in their favor once more.
