Amid the shimmering digital currents of OctaTech Metropolis, council meetings were typically solemn and severe. But ever so often, they were punctuated by the spontaneous antics of a particular council member. During a heated debate between the High Council and the Vanguards, an unauthorized hologram flickered to life, depicting Blockade in a tutu, pirouetting gracefully. Laughter erupted from all sides, anger instantly diffused into a bewildered camaraderie. The Matriarch shot a knowing glance across the table, where she saw a mischievous glint in an eye that couldn't completely hide its intelligence. The prankster knew that sometimes, a well-placed joke was worth more than a thousand serious words.
